By accessing or using Buuza (“we,” “our,” “us”), including our website (https://www.buuza.co) and WhatsApp chatbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Buuza is a WhatsApp-based survey platform that allows users to create, distribute, and collect survey responses. We provide tools for survey creation, conversational data collection, and reporting.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Organizations using Buuza must ensure their representatives have authority to bind the entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
You retain ownership of the survey responses and content you submit through our services. By using Buuza, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display this data as necessary to provide the service. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of survey content created by users.
Survey respondents can request for the deletion of their responses (and additional data) from Buuza's servers by emailing their deletion request to delete-my-data@buuza.co - with their whatsapp phone number, name and email.
If you use paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Pricing and billing terms will be provided at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in harmful activities. You may stop using our services at any time by closing your account.
Buuza is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buuza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
